What actually helps

• A bug: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. The browser and the device if you know them — plenty of things only happen on one of them.
• A player cheating: their name, plus the rough date and time. The server keeps enough to find the round again.
• An account or coin problem: your username, and what you saw. Never send your password — we will never ask for it, and we cannot read it.
• An idea: just say it. The best ones are often the shortest.

What we do with your address

It serves one purpose: answering you. It goes on no mailing list, reaches nobody else, and is never used for marketing. The detail is in the privacy policy.
